Return Policy

Free & Easy Returns

Merchandise purchased on asics.hk may be returned for a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, if it meets the following conditions:

  • Merchandise was purchased on asics.hk. We do not accept returns from other authorized retailers.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of purchase:
    • All tags still attached to product.
    • The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition, without any stains or traces, and the conditions for re-sale of the product has not been affected.
    • Merchandise must be in its original packaging, including the plastic bag or the shoe box. Please ensure no tapes, labels or waybills is attached directly on the shoe boxes. Kindly put the shoe box into another carton or bag.
    • Product accessories, manuals, tags, logos, labels must remain intact.
    • Please keep the gifts in a good condition and return with merchandise. If they cannot be returned, we cannot accept returns. 
  • For hygiene reasons, the return policy does not apply to personal items, e.g. masks and socks.

ASICS HongKong Limited reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with the return policy. In case of dispute, the decision of ASICS HongKong Limited shall be final.

Invalid Return

If the return merchandise does not meet the above requirements, return will not be accepted. Return merchandise will then be sent to the delivery address on the original order.

If you fail to collect your order within 7 days after delivery arrangement, your order will be returned to us and will no longer be available for collection. We reserve the right to dispose the goods without prior notices shall there be no further instructions received from customer within 30 days upon the merchandise returning to the warehouse. We shall not be responsible for any loss and compensation in such case.

For delivery re-arrangement, the receiver will be responsible for the shipping fee.

Returns Process

Return Online 

  • Step 1: Create return order request online by clicking here. Our customer service will contact you within 2 working days.
  • Step 2: Ship us back the return merchandise within 3 days after receiving the return instructions and return label.
  • Step 3: All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 21 days of our warehouse receiving it, provided that they are returned in its original condition and meet all our requirements . You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return and completed the refund. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly printed statement.

Things to pay attention to:

  • Return request can be submitted once only. After submission, It cannot be amended further. 
  • If we do not receive the return product within 14 days, the return order request will be cancelled automatically and it will not be able to process further. 
  • ASICS HongKong Limited do not accept customers to return the merchandise to SF Express directly by using the same waybill for order delivery right after the parcel collection. To proceed return, please collect the merchandise first, then apply for return order request online and wait for our further instructions together with the return waybill. ASICS Hong Kong reserve the right to reject any return or refund that does not follow the above return procedures. 

Return Delivery Charge

ASICS.hk will not charge return shipping fee for return made within the 14-day return period.

Exchanges

ASICS.hk does not currently support exchanges.
